- THINK A LOT ABOUT YOUR TATTOO BEFORE YOU SET YOUR APP OINTMENT -

• Send detailed descriptions of the tattoo that you want and a reference image.
• Description must include sizing, placement, and colour.
• For sizing and placement descriptions, take a picture of the area you want tattooed and circle the area you want the tattoo to cover.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits are made to secure the date of an appointment as well as ensure an artist's time is not wasted if a cancelation or no-show is to occur. Deposits go toward the total cost of a tattoo. Just like a down payment. Any forms of pre-pay are considered a deposit and the same policy will apply.

• Deposits are 100% non-refundable.
• Deposits are always transferable with a 72-hour or more notice of a reschedule request, if a reschedule is requested the day before or the day of a tattoo appointment, the deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to hold a new appointment.


Forfeiture of deposits occurs with cancelations, no-shows, and last-minute rescheduling.

By making an appointment and leaving a deposit with a tattoo artist at Haywood Tattoo Studio, you agree to the Haywood Tattoo Studio deposit policy.
